Art Exhibit Show Dates: November 11 - November 14, 2026

Exhibit Hours 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Registration Deadline:  October 30, 2026

Art Drop Off: November 5, 6 - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
                    November 7 - 9:00 am - noon

Installation of Art: November 9 + 10 - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Art Show & Judging: November 11 - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Art Show & Sale: November 11 - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
November 12 - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
November 13 - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Awards Brunch: November 14 - 11:00 am

Art Pick Up Dates: November 14 following Brunch 
(if art is not sold) November 16   9:30 - 2:30

Artist Entry Fee: $75  includes Awards Brunch

• 1 original piece to be submitted per artist
• No giclee or prints may be entered
• Paintings not to exceed 30" x 36" dimensions to include frame 
• Large-size exception:  Only 5 large 30 x 36 entries accepted, including frame, in order of date of registration.
• Art to be framed with exception of oils / acrylics that are painted over canvas edges
• Art should be properly wired. No clamped glass, cardboard, paste-on or metal sawtooth hangers will be accepted (WCL reserves the right to reject poorly framed or wired work)
• Tabletop sculpture welcome, no more than 24" x 24" x 24", up to 100 pounds.
• Artist to provide description of art: Title, Medium, Pricing
• Artist must have their art insured under their own insurance policy
• Art submitted must be for sale (WCL will collect and submit sales tax on art sales) Distribution: Artist 80% WCL 20%
• Artist agrees to designate time for Drop Off AND Pick Up
